




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Commercial Consultant with experience in consultative selling to manage and retain clients, identify new needs, and close sales. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies **IT Commercial Consultant** **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and retain the assigned client portfolio, identifying new needs. * Timely follow-up on leads and opportunities generated through various channels. * Identify, qualify, and prospect cold leads among potential clients in key sectors requiring ISO certification or maintenance. * Deliver corporate presentations and product demonstrations aligned with client needs. * Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contractual terms, service-level agreements, and close sales. * Maintain real-time updates of the sales pipeline in the CRM. * Serve as the commercial liaison between the client and the Implementation team during project initiation. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Education:** Technician or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in similar commercial roles. * **Industry Background:** Commercial experience in intangible services; experience in specialized software (ERP, CRM, or niche software) is desirable. * **Key Knowledge:** Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies. * Knowledge, diploma, or certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.). * Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). * **Competencies:** Results orientation, active listening, assertive communication, autonomy, customer focus, influence, and strong sales closing skills. **What Do We Offer?** * **Economic Compensation:** * Base salary: $3.000.000 COP monthly + $500.000 COP non-statutory. * Commissions / Variable pay: Average of $2.500.000 COP based on goal achievement. * **Stability:** Direct indefinite-term employment contract. * **Work Modality:** Hybrid work, Monday to Friday.
