Act as the focal point for stakeholders in the country End to End Supply Chain Job ID: 77284 Bogotá, DC, CO (Hybrid) Contractor Job Description: Coordinate the execution of the S\&OP cycle across the LADM Cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile), ensuring sales forecasts based on assumptions regarding liquidation and inventory negotiation, maintaining a healthy stock projection, and evaluating assumptions for base components in alignment with Marketing and Trade Marketing. Maintain an active agenda with all commercial functions to drive and develop the appropriate plan meeting market demand, and with the team to explain variances versus the previous S\&OP cycle. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and support Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, and PFM areas to design and deliver the correct volumes and timing for new products (NPI). * Lead the S\&OP agenda and deliverables for the LADM Cluster and all functions involved in the S\&OP process (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Operations, Central Procurement, PFM). * Facilitate execution of all meetings within the S\&OP cycle, including the closing meeting attended by the Regional Director of all functions involved in the S\&OP process and the Country Manager. * Prepare documents and manage all information related to commercial plans (building blocks), reflecting it in the S\&OP numerical proposal. * Ensure the local S\&OP process is executed in accordance with Group global standards, maintaining contact with peers in the same function to share and adopt best practices worldwide. * Act as the focal point for all stakeholders in the country, supporting them in providing information and improving S\&OP-related processes. * Create a planned sales volume based on the forecasting tool and data provided by Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales. * Load commercial references for various markets and the extended S\&OP horizon sales forecast plan into the APO system at the established frequency. * Define KPIs and ensure they are used and analyzed in meetings to improve forecast accuracy and mitigate risks (OTIF, GATE OUT, SFA, BIAS, MAPE, FRESHNESS). * Comply with the Group’s and Company’s Code of Ethics, policies, standards, and internal procedures applicable to the performance of this role. About You: Professional with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related fields. Preferably 5–8 years of experience in similar roles; intermediate/advanced English proficiency; desirable knowledge of: SAP APO, S/4, IBP, Blue Yonder Forecasting Tool (or similar), and Project Management.
