Inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented work environment. ### **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring cost control, monitoring, and optimization for real estate and construction projects, guaranteeing information integrity, traceability of cost items, and data-driven decision-making to support project execution and profitability. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Review and approve budget addition reports. * Review and approve contracts, invoices, purchase requests, and Purchase Orders. * Prepare Profitability Reports and internal Fee Billing Statements. * Prepare investment and fixed-cost projections. * Collaborate with project, procurement, planning, and finance teams to ensure information consistency. * Implement and improve cost control methodologies and tools. #### **Position Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector, including engineering/architecture, budget preparation, APU calculations, and cost control for real estate project execution. * Knowledge of project management, standard costing, quantity take-offs, and budget preparation. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros — optional). * Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Primavera, Revit (quantity), or Power BI for reporting is desirable. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders. ##### **Benefits Offered** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Opportunities for continuous professional training and development. * Inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented work environment. * Additional corporate benefits. ###### **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your updated resume through our job portal.
