Job Summary: We are seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to provide analytical support for the demand planning cycle of our fashion brands and ensure timely delivery of reports. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical support for demand planning of fashion brands. 2. Responsible for consolidating and delivering strategic information. 3. Maintenance of data models and dashboards. **Purpose of the Position:** We are seeking a **Demand Planning Analyst** to provide analytical support for the demand planning cycle of our brands Agua Bendita and AGUA. The role will be responsible for consolidating, validating, and delivering strategic sales, inventory, and production information that supports collection cut-offs, reprogramming, and rotation decisions. Additionally, the role ensures timely delivery of recurring reporting and maintenance of data models and dashboards. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Recurring and retail reporting:** Consolidate and deliver budget, weekly sales, attainment, gross margin, inventory cost, sell\-through, turnover, and coverage reports by channel and store. * **Inputs for collection cut-off:** Consolidate historical sales and category-level behavior and inventory data to define units (Summer and Resort collections) and perform ABC product classification. * **Monitoring and control:** Monitor actual vs. planned performance throughout the lifecycle (6 months) of each collection and issue early alerts regarding stockouts or overstocks. * **Inventory control:** Maintain clean finished-goods inventory data by warehouse and channel, identifying and reporting inconsistencies between the ERP system and reports. * **Data model maintenance:** Update and document files, queries, and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and planning tools. * **S\&OP, Production, and Procurement support:** Prepare consolidated demand and inventory summaries for primary/executive committees and input or procurement projections. **Candidate Requirements** **Education Level:** * **Required education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. *(Final-semester students with demonstrable analytical experience are accepted.)* * **Desirable:** Courses or certifications in data analytics, Power BI, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning. **Required Experience:** * **Years of experience:** Minimum 1–2 years Work Location: Hybrid in Medellín, Antioquia (Medellín)
