We are looking for a **Digital Project Specialist** This role aims to design, lead, and manage end-to-end digital projects and strategies, ensuring proper planning, execution, and delivery—aligned with business objectives and maximizing the impact of Avianca’s digital ecosystem and e-commerce. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Define and lead the digital project strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and the commercial impact of the digital ecosystem. * Gather, prioritize, and coordinate functional requirements with internal departments and external vendors. * Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and expected ROI are met. * Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and deviations, implementing timely mitigation plans. * Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, vendors, and technology partners. * Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, ensuring continuous delivery of value and visibility into progress. * Lead integration across areas including product, marketing, personalization, sales, customer experience, technology, and operations. * Ensure high-quality standards for implemented solutions by leading functional testing and pre-production validations. * Coordinate digital implementations and monitor their stabilization and post-deployment performance. * Manage the portfolio of digital initiatives and propose improvements and innovations aligned with market trends and the company’s strategic goals. * Define and track operational, functional, and commercial KPIs to drive continuous improvement of the digital channel. **Check-in / Requirements to Apply:** -------------------------------------------- * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate studies or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or others). * Experience: 2–3 years in digital projects and products, with knowledge of agile methodologies. * At least 1 year leading strategic projects, coordinating teams and key stakeholders. * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. * Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, VSTS, Trello, or Microsoft Project. * Familiarity with digital technologies and process integration: APIs, CRM, and CMS. * Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Experience deploying applications on Google Play and the App Store. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Preferred Qualifications:** ---------------- * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Cross-functional leadership and collaborative teamwork. * Effective stakeholder management and high-impact communication. * Adaptability, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making. * Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and evolution of digital products. **Location:** Bogotá, Colombia We know—with you—we’ll win! ✈️ **Work Area:** CRM, Technology
