




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead commercial strategies, supervise sales teams, and manage relationships with key clients in BTL event companies. Key Highlights: 1. Budget management and achievement of commercial objectives **Professional Level:** Postgraduate degree **Field of Study:** Business Administration, Commercial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications. **Experience:** 3 years as Commercial Director/Coordinator/Leader in BTL event companies. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable up to 1 year; thereafter, a fixed-term contract for 1 year. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and occasional Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** * Development and execution of commercial strategies, supervision of the sales team, management of relationships with key clients, and coordination with production and design teams. * Leading new client acquisition, maintaining long-term relationships, managing budgets and profitability, and ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * CRM implementation, project quality monitoring, and submission of reports to management. * Supervising commercial planning and setting sales targets. * Coordinating with management on costs, invoicing, collections, and reimbursement control. * Ensuring team compliance during campaign execution.
