New and easy application options are available for this role: chat with our recruiting assistant Ana at careers.cargill.com or send a WhatsApp message with the word JOBS to \+1 612 441 2032 **Shift / Schedule:** Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct daily field inspections * Comply with the Basic Safety Regulation * Conduct guided walkthroughs * Conduct audits * Identify conditions and behaviors related to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and contractor safety * Monitor implementation of the following Safety Programs: Behavior-Based Safety, Plant Inspection, SIF Analysis, Education and Training, and monitoring compliance with Colombia’s Occupational Safety and Health Management System * Participate in road safety training * Comply with the organization’s commitment to adhere to applicable road safety legislation and organizational guidelines * Timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions * Know and comply with corporate regulations * Other related duties to support your learning **Minimum Qualifications:** * At least 18 years of age * Completed high school education or higher * Currently pursuing a technical degree in one of the following fields during the productive stage: Industrial Engineering or Chemistry, with a focus on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) * Technician in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) * Productive-stage student at SENA, authorized to carry out their practical training * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, humidity, and other hazards may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Ability to lift up to 12\.5 kilograms (women); 25 kilograms (men), with or without reasonable accommodations * Ability to work under diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat up to 38 degrees Celsius or higher and cold down to \-0 degrees Celsius * Experience using computers * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your credit card information, usernames, or passwords through any channel.
