




Position Summary: We are seeking a Food Engineering Technologist or Professional to design, guide, and deliver training on sanitary requirements, INVIMA registrations, and GMP, while providing technical assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and guide virtual training modules on sanitary requirements. 2. Conduct workshops on sanitary registration, labeling, and GMP. 3. Provide technical assistance for facility adaptations and sanitary compliance. A Food Engineering Technologist or Professional—or a related field—is required, with experience in INVIMA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food labeling and marking, sanitary registrations, and facility adaptations for sanitary compliance. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (counted from the issuance date of the professional license, where applicable). * Minimum of 1 year of specific experience in technical assistance, training, and accompaniment of food production units. **Main Functions:** * Design and guide virtual training modules on sanitary requirements, INVIMA registrations, and GMP. * Conduct workshops on sanitary registration, labeling, GMP, and marketing of processed foods. * Provide technical assistance for facility adaptations and compliance with sanitary requirements. * Develop manuals, technical guides, and supporting materials. * Support technical follow-up at trade fairs and commercial events. **Desirable Knowledge:** INVIMA regulations, GMP, sanitary registrations, food labeling, sanitary infrastructure, and technical training.
