Passionate about technology and innovation, with strong technical expertise, service orientation, advanced skills in building KPI dashboards, and experience developing web dashboards to visualize indicator performance—including KPIs such as SLA/ANS compliance? We want to meet you! **Requirements** ‍ **What will you do?** * Join a Java Spring-based backend software development team and contribute to microservices layer development using REST APIs, participating in banking sector initiatives focused on NextGen environments and internal banking ecosystem technologies. * Identify improvements and proactively anticipate issues. * Collaborate in cross-functional teams, interacting with multiple departments and users. * Lead and manage projects. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields * **\+3 years of experience designing KPI dashboards** * Experience and knowledge in developing web dashboards to visualize indicator performance, integrating KPIs such as SLA/ANS compliance * Ability to build visual interfaces, connect data sources, and represent indicators via charts. * Leadership of development teams * Banking project experience is desirable **Core Technical Skills****:** * JIRA * **Front\-End:** Jenkins and SonarQube (CI/CD and code quality) in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular framework, React, Go, etc. (JS or TS) * **Visual Design:** Layouts, cards, tables, filters, traffic-light indicators, responsive design * **Charts:** Chart.js, ECharts, D3\.js * **Data:** JSON, CSV, Excel, APIs * **Basic Backend:** Node.js, Python/LangChain/LangGraph,/Java/VBScriptFlask, service connections if the dashboard requires dynamic data * **Databases:** Basic SQL or connection to Google Sheets/SharePoint/Excel/Drive * **Version Control:** Git /GitHub/GitLab * **Basic Security:** Access management, user accounts, permissions, handling of sensitive data * **UX/UI:** Ability to design clear user experiences for executive and operational users * AI and Automation * Clean Code ✅ **Especially valued:** * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Problem-solving ability in complex and critical environments. * Adaptability to hybrid technology environments (Legacy \+ Modern). * Proactivity and judgment to identify improvements and anticipate problems * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) * Jira knowledge * Banking sector experience **Work Modality**: Hybrid **Additional Information** We offer the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects alongside a team of professionals passionate about technology and continuous development. **If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that values your talent, we want to meet you!** Submit your CV and apply today.
