The ideal candidate combines critical thinking, business acumen, and technical skills to design solutions that help customers optimize and automate their work using Artificial Intelligence. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop new features related to monitoring our platform. * Understand business processes and customer needs to identify automation and optimization opportunities. * Design AI\-based capabilities that help customers reduce manual tasks and improve their operations. * Transform business requirements into scalable, production\-ready technical solutions. * Develop Full Stack solutions using **C\#, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Microsoft Azure**. * Design and implement integrations and automations using APIs, Web Services, and Bizagi as the orchestration platform. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define, validate, and evolve high\-impact features. * Use AI tools to accelerate software development, testing, and documentation. **Mandatory Requirements** * 4\+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and experience with **C\#, Python, JavaScript and HTML/CSS**. * Experience developing and integrating **APIs** and **Web Services**. * Experience with **SQL Server**. * Experience developing solutions on **Microsoft Azure**. * Knowledge of **business processes, BPM or automation**. * Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technological solutions. * Strong **critical thinking, analytical, and problem\-solving skills**. * Experience using AI tools (e.g., **GitHub Copilot**, **LLMs**, **AI APIs**) throughout the development lifecycle. * Experience working with various AI models (LLMs) applied to software development, understanding their uses and limitations. * English **B1\+.** **Nice to have** * Bizagi knowledge. * BPMN. * PowerShell. * Azure DevOps and CI/CD. * Grafana or other observability and/or monitoring tools
