Responsibilities * Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Coordinate onboarding, re-onboarding, and integration processes for new employees. * Manage employment documentation and maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Handle payroll-related personnel updates and support administrative processes related to human talent. * Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and company internal policies. * Design, coordinate, and implement workplace wellness programs promoting employee quality of life. * Implement strategies to strengthen organizational climate, corporate culture, and employee engagement. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor Human Resource Management indicators, including: * Employee turnover * Absenteeism * Vacancy coverage * Time-to-hire * Training * Welfare * Area performance indicators * Submit periodic reports and indicators to support management decision-making. * Coordinate performance evaluation processes and human talent development plans. * Identify training needs and monitor the annual training plan. * Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) processes. * Promote a work environment based on respect, communication, and teamwork. * Support leaders across various departments on personnel administration and talent management matters.
