1\. International and National Logistics Management: Plan and control maritime, air, and land shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and contractual requirements. Coordinate the transportation of components, structures, and photovoltaic equipment between suppliers, factory, and project sites. 2\. Import and Export Processes Administration: Carry out import and export procedures in accordance with local and international customs regulations. Prepare and review documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and LI/DI. 3\. Inventory and Storage Control: Ensure accuracy of physical and accounting inventory through cyclic counts and internal audits. Control entries and exits in the ERP system, guaranteeing traceability and proper material movement. Define and monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder points (safety stock). Supervise warehouse layout and organization, optimizing space and operational safety. 4\. Multidepartmental Interface: Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Global Supply Chain departments. Serve as the focal point between the factory, suppliers, carriers, and international headquarters. 5\. Customs and Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations from Receita Federal, MAPA, ANEEL, and other regulatory agencies. Monitor special customs regimes (e.g., tariff, Drawback, Temporary Admission, among others). 6\. Freight and Logistics Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with land carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Evaluate performance and propose improvements in routes, modes, and logistics costs. 7\. Material Planning and Supply Chain: Work closely with Purchasing and PCP areas to ensure supply of imported raw materials and inputs according to production and delivery schedules. 8\. Cost Control and Logistics Indicators: Monitor storage, transportation, and customs clearance costs. Analyze KPIs such as logistics lead time, OTIF, cost per ton, and transportation efficiency. 9\. Interface with Internal Departments and International Headquarters: Collaborate with purchasing, finance, production, and quality teams, while maintaining constant communication with headquarters and international partners to align shipments and priorities. 10\. Warehouse and Regional Stock Management: Supervise storage, inventory, and material movement processes, ensuring traceability and stock accuracy. 11\. Logistics Sustainability and Optimization: Implement sustainable transport practices and innovative solutions to reduce emissions, costs, and waste across the logistics chain.
