Passionate about technology and innovation, with a high technical level and service orientation, and experienced in applications governed by Logical Access and Profiling—particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM)—combining advanced technical skills with soft skills such as leadership, assertive communication, and strategic thinking? This person will play a key role in protecting the organization’s digital assets, actively participating in high-impact projects. We want to meet you! **Responsibilities** ‍ **What will you do?** * Functional analysis of applications governed by Logical Access and Profiling. * Risk assessment of profiles designed within applications. * Analysis of incompatible functions in applications, ensuring least privilege in designed profiles. * Development and maintenance of profiling matrices aligned with authorized functional roles, functional owners, technical owners, and profiling owners. * Support for information gathering and delivery processes required by audit bodies and/or internal processes. * Support for profile creation and modification processes within applications. * Assistance in project management involving profiling activities. * Identification of improvements and proactive anticipation of issues. * Team collaboration, as you will interact with multiple departments and users. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. * **+2 years of experience** in Information Security roles, with focus on **IAM** and **Active Directory**. * Knowledge of **PASS security baselines**, risk management, regulatory compliance, and **payment security industry standards (PCI DSS)**. * Knowledge and experience in OWASP, Ethical Hacking, and Penetration Testing (Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box). * Knowledge of the Identity Management lifecycle (User Onboarding–Offboarding–Modification). * Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles. * Familiarity with information security management frameworks such as ISO 27001. * Excellent proficiency in office productivity tools: knowledge and experience in preparing executive presentations for various client departments and metrics. * **Banking sector experience (mandatory).** * **Residence in Bogotá (mandatory).** One or more of the following certifications must be held and clearly indicated on your resume: * ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Frameworks) * Data Security * **PCI Professional (PCIP)** or certifications related to **PCI DSS, TIER** * Other security-related certifications. * Valid Professional License (Tarjeta Profesional). **Tools:** * JIRA * Office Suite * Metrics ✅ **Especially valued:** * **Strong communication skills** and teamwork abilities. * **Assertive communication** with technical teams and business units. * **Collaborative leadership** and influence capabilities. * **Analytical thinking** and ability to resolve complex problems. * **Organization and time management** to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Proactivity, autonomy**, and results orientation. * **Problem-solving capability** in complex and critical environments. * **Adaptability to hybrid technology environments** (legacy + modern). * **Judgment** to identify improvements and anticipate problems. * **Experience with Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.). * **Knowledge of** Jira. * **Experience in** the banking sector. **Work modality**: Hybrid **Additional Information** We offer you the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects alongside a team of professionals passionate about technology and continuous development. **If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that values your talent, we want to meet you!** Submit your CV and apply today.
