Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Implementation Engineer to plan, execute, and support software deployments, ensuring stability and initial technical support for internal customers. Post-implementation incident management **Gencell Pharma** is looking for a proactive, analytical, and service-oriented **Implementation Engineer** to join our Technology team. Your primary mission will be to plan, execute, and support software deployments in testing, pre-production, and production environments, ensuring stability and providing initial technical support to internal customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute software deployments in testing, pre-production, and production environments. * Coordinate implementation windows with technical teams and business areas. * Execute and/or support functional, technical, and regression testing prior to production. * Support internal customers during and after implementation (initial support and stabilization). * Manage post-implementation incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams. * Ensure traceability of deployments and quality evidence. * Support automation of deployment processes. **Required Profile:** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * **Work Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in application implementation, deployment, or support. * **Specific Knowledge:** Experience in production release processes and change management. Experience working with development, QA, and business teams. * **Required Tools:** Proficiency in management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Basic SQL knowledge in development, QA, and production environments. **Employment Conditions:** * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (42 hours per week) * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site. * **Location:** Bogotá \- Álamos District. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience.
