Your Key Responsibilities * Lead the organization’s technological innovation strategy. * Identify opportunities for improvement, new solutions, and emerging technology trends (especially in AI). * Propose and implement digital transformation initiatives. * Manage and lead multidisciplinary technical teams (development, architecture, data/AI). * Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. * Evaluate, design, and validate new technology solutions aligned with business goals. * Act as a bridge between technical and business functions. * Participate in client meetings, understand their needs, and propose solutions. * Support pre-sales processes, executive presentations, and negotiations. * Define the technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives. * Ensure sound development, architecture, and quality practices. Measure initiative impact (ROI, efficiency, innovation). Skills and Attributes for Success * University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related field. * Minimum 8 years of technology experience. At least 3 years leading technical teams (developers, architects, data/AI). Experience in technology firms, consulting, fintech, telecommunications, or digital transformation. Proven experience leading innovation and technology transformation initiatives.
