DESCRIPTION The ITIL Process Manager of the SMO is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT service management processes for the client. This role monitors compliance with KPIs and SLAs, generates periodic management reports, proposes improvement actions, and trains both the technical team and the client, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency and alignment with ITIL best practices. REQUIREMENTS A professional in Systems Engineering or related fields is required, with experience in IT service management under the ITIL 4 framework, responsible for administering, monitoring, and improving service operational processes, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs. Practical knowledge of ITIL 4 practices and a focus on continuous improvement are mandatory. ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable.
