Inspect the condition of equipment and systems daily. **Job Description** ---------------------- Perform precise and safe drilling for advancement, support, and development of underground operations. A mining-sector company requires Long-hole Jumbo Drilling Operators with a minimum of (2\) years of specific experience as a Jumbo operator or in long-hole drilling in underground mining. Education: No formal education level is required. Job Mission: Perform precise and safe drilling for advancement, support, and development of underground mining operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient operations aligned with established technical and safety parameters in underground mining. Knowledge: * Advancement, development, and production drilling. * Reading mining blueprints and drilling pattern layouts. * Drill bits, rods, steels, and drilling consumables. * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems of the equipment. Responsibilities: * Operate Jumbo drilling equipment for development, advancement, and production tasks in underground mines. * Execute long-hole drilling following blueprints, drilling pattern layouts, and defined technical parameters. * Install rods, drill bits, hoses, and other drilling accessories. * Verify alignment, depth, inclination, and direction of drill holes. * Inspect equipment, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems daily. Salary: Between 2 to 4 SMLMV, with negotiable benefits including accommodation, meals, and laundry during work shifts.
