Junior Resident Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a Plant Supervisor, a metallurgical-mechanical or industrial engineer, to plan, direct, and supervise mechanical installation and industrial maintenance activities, lead teams, and ensure quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and optimizes industrial maintenance operations. 2. Responsible for project planning, direction, and supervision. 3. Proficient in mechanical design software and Microsoft tools. A Plant Supervisor, metallurgical-mechanical or industrial engineer, or Mechanical-Industrial Resident Engineer is required to join our operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and executing assigned technical activities and/or projects and procedures related to mechanical installations and industrial maintenance. This includes controlling and managing tools or equipment, materials, and assigned personnel to fulfill activities for various clients and our own facilities, ensuring compliance with quality and industrial safety standards. Proven experience in managing mechanical installations and industrial maintenance is required, along with the ability to lead teams and supervise worker performance. Strong planning and organizational skills are required to manage shifts and available resources. Proficiency in interpreting and using mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks (CAD) 3D and 2D; and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Project). Ability to generate and understand technical reports and APU. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, with availability for overtime, Sundays, and holidays as required, with prior notice and full remuneration.
