This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and internal SGS CBE teams, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication, as well as monitoring contract performance, managing operational and commercial risks, and identifying opportunities for business improvement and growth. Additionally, it contributes to strengthening long-term commercial relationships by promoting a high-level service experience, customer retention, continuous process improvement, and achievement of defined commercial and operational objectives for assigned accounts. **Requirements** Education: Technical, technological, or university degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Customer Service, or related fields. Equivalent experience in account management, customer service, commercial administration, contract coordination, or client-facing operational support may also be considered. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in customer service, customer care, corporate client support, account management, commercial administration, contract coordination, or related administrative functions. Experience in multinational environments, B2B services, key account management, shared service centers, regional operations, certifications, auditing, consulting, or industries focused on compliance with standards and accreditation requirements will be valued.
