Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related logistics fields. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in roles such as Logistics Leader, Logistics Coordinator, or similar positions. * Experience managing **Distribution Centers (CEDI)** or high-volume warehouses. * Experience leading work teams of more than **20 people**. * Knowledge and experience in **cold chain** operations or handling refrigerated products. Required Knowledge * Inventory control and management. * Supply chain management. * Analysis and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in WMS, Apollo, or similar platforms. * Industrial safety and occupational health. * Logistics quality and safety regulations.
