Plan and optimize distribution routes, pursuing efficiency in time and cost. Ensure proper utilization of vehicle capacity (cubic capacity). Monitor management indicators (service level, transportation costs, fleet utilization). Manage relationships with transportation providers. Lead, develop, and motivate the operational team, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. · Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience leading logistics platforms, distribution centers, or transportation processes. Knowledge of transportation management, route planning, and cubic capacity optimization. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
