In this role, they will support the company’s brand through positive customer service and sales of complex products with limited or no guidance. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Manage orders and product replenishment at assigned points of sale. * Ensure visits to scheduled zones and points of sale. * Drive and promote company products, including innovations, activations, and events. * Execute rotation, evacuation, assortment, and product display plans, ensuring compliance with planograms, date checks, and traceability. * Receive orders, verify product condition, and ensure quality and food safety processes. * Implement communication materials and oversee correct execution and maintenance of company assets at the point of sale. * Serve customers according to their purchasing requirements. * Monitor and report competitor activities. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. * Complete tasks and assignments defined by the company and direct supervisor. * Participate in trainings and comply with occupational health and safety guidelines, including timely reporting of traffic incidents and health conditions. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum:** * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Completed high school education. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation. * Availability to travel within Cali. * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice. * Availability to work under various indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include cold temperatures ranging from \-18 to 12 degrees Celsius. * Ability to work in diverse environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present—using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred:** * Prior experience with manual inventory systems. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a mass-consumption environment.
