**Mining Engineer \- Production Management (PT)** Will be responsible for managing and optimizing mine production, ensuring efficiency, safety and sustainability of operations, while guaranteeing the maximization of productivity and profitability of mining operations. Will coordinate and supervise mine operations, managing human, material and equipment resources to ensure process efficiency. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics or Geology; * Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mining activities, preferably in open-pit gold mines and under adverse conditions \- high altitude and negative temperatures (mandatory); * Proficiency in Office tools and mining software (Vulcan; Surpac; AutoCAD; Opti\-Blast; ArcGis); * Fluent in English, Armenian and/or Russian (mandatory); * Customer orientation; * Leadership, team motivation and training; * Market/business orientation; * Availability for mobility.
