This position will play a key role in serving clients with recurring operations and in onboarding processes, participating in diagnostic activities, documentation collection, procedure implementation, work plan monitoring, and technical client support. We seek a customer-oriented individual with commercial skills, strong organizational ability, and excellent capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and execute activities related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH\-SMS). * Lead implementation and go-live processes for OHS services with new clients. * Conduct initial diagnostics, information gathering, and regulatory compliance assessments. * Develop, update, and manage OH\-SMS-related documentation. * Support internal and external audits when required. * Monitor action plans, KPIs, and work schedules. * Provide technical advice and client support on OHS matters. * Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients to ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs. * Identify opportunities for service expansion and support commercial activities when necessary. **Key Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fields. * Valid Occupational Health and Safety license.
