### **Description** We are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to lead the planning, supervision, and control of our national operations, ensuring cost efficiency, delivery times, and service quality. ### **Responsibilities** * Design logistics operation strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, delivery times, and service compliance. * Establish goals, plans, and logistics policies aligned with the company's strategy. * Supervise overall operations (pickup, dispatch, loading, returns, warranties, and deliveries). * Ensure availability of fleet and necessary resources for operations. * Monitor budget, operational costs, and management indicators, proposing improvement plans. * Coordinate with key departments (sales, procurement, finance, production) to ensure efficiency and integration. * Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and satisfaction. * Lead the PESV Committee, prepare monthly reports for SISIPESV and the Vigía de Seguridad Vial program. * Prepare and present periodic reports to the Deputy Management on logistics performance and daily closure of national operations. ### **Requirements** * Professional degree in business administration, engineering, logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years in coordination or logistics management roles (preferably in transportation or related areas). * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), TMS systems, logistics regulations and standards, and logistical analysis and planning. * Men and women between 25 and 45 years old, with a vehicle for commuting from home to work.
