Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional to coordinate and schedule special passenger transportation services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrate the national special passenger transportation team. 2. Comprehensive management of operations, transportation providers, and drivers. 3. Development of maintenance plans and route contingency management. A national special passenger transportation company is looking for a committed, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team. Required Profile Technologist or graduate in Transportation Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in coordinating and scheduling special road passenger transportation services. Essential Knowledge and Experience * Planning, scheduling, and control of transportation operations. * Management, negotiation, and contracting of public service vehicle providers. * Coordination, monitoring, and control of drivers. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Preparation and analysis of fuel consumption and fuel control reports. * GPS tracking and monitoring of vehicle fleet. * Preparation, execution, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Internal and external customer service and support. * Management of operational incidents and resolution of route contingencies.
