Our Aftersales team is seeking a Parts Fleets Executive to join Inchcape Colombia. The purpose of this role is to manage sales of spare parts and labor services to fleet customers, focusing on directing traffic to our own workshops for Mercedes-Benz van operations. The objective of this position is to retain fleet customers through aftersales services to generate future new vehicle sales. **Your Responsibilities:** * Conduct visits to assigned existing fleet customers and prospective fleet customers in your database. * Develop and present aftersales proposals aimed at generating spare parts and service sales to fleets. * Coordinate with the Spare Parts Executive to arrange transportation of spare parts to the workshop (OT), either to internal warehouses or CLIS, as required to fulfill sales orders. * Coordinate with the Spare Parts Executive to request spare parts orders when items are not available in retail inventory. * Perform spare parts settlement and invoicing in SAP, in coordination with the Spare Parts Executive. * Manage submission of invoices to DIAN and handle client registration processes for auction-based sales or external clients (non-self-supply). * Coordinate shipment of goods to customers upon generation of the sales invoice or following credit limit validation in the case of auctions. * Execute compliance procedures (e.g., document requests) for customers exceeding $10 million in monthly sales or $50 million over five months. * Support preparation of spare parts stock recommendations based on sales movement data. * Submit weekly lost-sales reports according to the defined format. * Monitor and reconcile the accounts receivable portfolio of assigned customers to ensure healthy portfolio status. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum **1–3 years** of experience (ideally with vans, commercial vehicles, or premium segments); experience in automotive dealership environments. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in CRM tools and Excel. * Strong understanding of commercial processes in spare parts sales and technical mechanical knowledge. * Proactivity and dynamism; responsibility and commitment; adaptability to changing environments; professional ethics and integrity; teamwork and collaboration. **What We Offer:** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
