At La Santé and Pharmetique Labs, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Packaging Operator who wants to contribute to packaging and labeling our products and start their career at an established, reputable company. **Your Challenge** ----------- You will be responsible for executing packaging and labeling processes for liquids, solids, and semi-solids, adhering to packaging protocols, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), thereby contributing to the safe and reliable delivery of our products to those who need them. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ * Academic or Technical High School Diploma. * Technical training preferred in: industrial mechanics, chemical processes, industrial processes, engineering fields, and/or production. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience in packaging and labeling within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry (preferred — position level assigned according to your background). * Proficiency with blister machines, blister packaging, fillers, cartoners, or manual and semi-automatic packaging equipment (valued). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Attention to detail and teamwork skills. **What Will You Find Here?** -------------------------- * Direct employment contract with the company or temporary staffing agency engagement. * Job stability. * Continuous learning. * Salary: based on your experience and level \+ statutory social benefits. * Work location: Bogotá. * Participation in an industry where your work helps safeguard life. **Will You Accept the Challenge?** --------------------- If you are excited to join a company where quality, people, and purpose are fundamental, this may be your opportunity to begin a better professional life.
