Your objective will be to support analysis and strategies for optimizing GI portfolios.
**Responsibilities:**
Data Management:
* Maintain and update databases required for analyzing the performance of various GI products.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of databases used to build metrics within Portfolio Management.
Portfolio Analysis:
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations for decision-making.
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative portfolio analyses enabling continuous monitoring of KPIs mandated by the Zurich Group.
* Monitor GI product loss ratios and compare them against benchmarks and established targets.
* Collaborate with other departments—including accounting, risk, and underwriting—to ensure integrated portfolio management.
* Participate in meetings and work on special projects as needed.
**Key Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:** Database management skills. Minimum 6 months of experience in data tracking roles; internship programs apply. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data-handling software.
**Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science with emphasis on AI or Data Analytics, or related fields. Conversational English.
**Experience:** Minimum 6 months in an insurance company.
