




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to create, design, and adjust organizational processes, ensuring up-to-date documentation and compliance with our integrated management system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and adjustment of organizational processes 2. Efficiency analysis and automation identification 3. Documentation generation for new processes We are looking for a Process Analyst responsible for creating, designing, and/or adjusting various organizational processes in accordance with company parameters to ensure updated and descriptive documentation of the company’s operational methods, complying with our integrated management system. * Collect required information on current and future processes according to the organization’s defined design, modeling, and implementation processes * Conduct process efficiency analysis, identifying processes suitable for automation. * Generate required documentation at the process, sub-process, procedure, instructional, and other levels necessary for implementing new processes. * Code documents in the company’s document repository. * Provide support in change management during implementation of new processes. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** One year of experience in process elicitation, modeling, and optimization within information systems implementation projects (preferably in facilities management service companies, food production centers, and/or manufacturing). Experience in standardization and/or normalization processes oriented toward continuous improvement. Proficiency in productivity indicators and process-based management. Audit experience. Participation in implementation of technology platforms focused on ERP, SCM, or specialized cost/inventory solutions. Involvement in digital transformation or process automation projects. Addressing audit findings and defining corrective action plans for operational processes. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is ideal. Must possess knowledge of information gathering, documentation, and use of diagramming tools.
