PROFESSIONAL PROFILE * **Education:** Food Engineer and/or professional in related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in the food industry, preferably leading or coordinating production processes. * Experience managing work teams and operational staff. * Knowledge of **GMP, quality, and food safety**. * Availability to work on-site and respond to operational requirements as needed. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise adherence to the production schedule. * Ensure compliance with **GMP, quality, and food safety** standards. * Lead and monitor the production team. * Optimize the use of human, technical, and material resources. * Track achievement of production targets and KPIs. * Identify opportunities for process, time, and productivity improvement. * Coordinate training and development of operational staff. * Timely manage production-related incidents and critical situations. * Collaborate closely with **Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other departments involved in operations**. * Ensure products are manufactured according to the company's established standards. * Foster a culture of order, discipline, quality, food safety, and teamwork. **WHAT TYPE OF CANDIDATE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** A **proactive, organized, leadership-driven, responsible, and results-oriented** individual, capable of working under pressure and making decisions in operational situations.
