Job Summary:
We are seeking a graphic production professional with experience in leadership and plant operations, capable of supervising teams and optimizing processes in a dynamic environment.

* Bachelor's degree in **Production, Graphic Arts, Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, Graphic Production, or related fields**.
* Proven experience in the **graphic industry, lithographic printing, editorial production, commercial printing, or related sectors**.
* Prior experience supervising production teams and plant operations.
* Knowledge of **prepress, offset printing, digital printing, and postpress** processes.
* Familiarity with finishing processes such as cutting, die-cutting, laminating, folding, and/or similar operations.
* Experience managing and tracking **production orders**.
* Ability to interpret and monitor timelines, priorities, KPIs, and production scheduling.
* Knowledge of quality control for printed products.
* Ability to analyze waste, productivity, efficiency, and costs.
* Experience coordinating operational staff.
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
* Proficiency with technological tools and production control systems.
* Availability to work **night shifts**.
* **Availability to travel periodically to Canada.**
