Recognition and performance-based rewards ### **Join Our Team!** We seek a professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, preferably with specialization in Project Management, IT Management, or Digital Transformation, among others. Candidates must have Four (4\) to Five (5\) years of experience coordinating technology projects, including leadership of internal or vendor teams and third-party relationship management; business knowledge and familiarity with the Company's technology ecosystem (ERP, BI, VTEX, Azure); proficiency in project management tools: JIRA / Confluence and MS Project / Project Online; and Power BI and Qlik for project indicator consolidation and tracking. ### **Your Responsibilities in This Role Will Include:** * Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of technology projects under the VP of Digital Transformation, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. * Managing resources, vendors, and teams assigned to each project. * Providing methodological support and project management consulting to VP teams. ### **Why Join Our Digital Transformation Team?** You will join a leading company in the cosmetics sector, committed to continuous innovation, within an inclusive, diverse, and human-development-oriented work environment.
