The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to final candidate selection—ensuring top talent is attracted to Eosol Group. This role is critical to our organization’s growth and success, ensuring we have the right people to drive our objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively manage recruitment and selection processes across various departments and levels within the organization. * Strategically post job openings on relevant employment platforms and recruitment channels to maximize reach and applicant quality. * Screen and pre-select resumes to identify candidates best matching required profiles. * Conduct interviews (telephone, virtual, and in-person) to assess candidates’ technical, interpersonal, and cultural competencies. * Utilize and optimize employment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient process management. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers. * Conduct reference and background checks as needed. * Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and labor market trends. * Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the selection process, providing timely feedback. * Collaborate on developing and implementing talent attraction strategies. * Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Eosol Group’s employer brand. * Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize process efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation regarding selection. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Recruitment and Selection roles, preferably within corporate environments. * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), capable of holding fluent conversations and drafting professional communications. * Proficiency in using diverse online employment platforms and recruitment tools. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent selection processes and meet established deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset. * Knowledge of the Colombian labor market. * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. **Desired Skills:** * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Knowledge of sourcing techniques and employer branding. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a stimulating work environment, professional development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.
