Management and planning of clinical and programmatic processes **Position:** Regional Nursing Professional. **Process/Area:** HIV Program — Enrollment, PrEP, Patient Safety, Humanization, and Social Participation. Indefinite-term contract. \- In-person work in the city of Cali. Salary: COP 3,529,200 \+ benefits, but excluding transportation allowance. **Purpose of the position:** To lead the timely, safe, and traceable enrollment of users into the HIV-PrEP program; ensure implementation of the Patient Safety Program; provide technical management of the PrEP Program; and execute actions related to humanization and social participation, thereby guaranteeing continuity of care, compliance with CAC indicators, and institutional protection against regulatory and clinical risks. **Title:** (Professional Nurse) Nursing — Degree duly registered with RETHUS. **Experience:** One year in clinical or administrative roles within the health sector. Preferably in HIV, TB, maternal-child health, high-cost diseases, or clinical risk management programs. **Specific Required Training:** * Current national and international HIV Clinical Practice Guidelines (GPC): HIV-positive pregnant women, HIV-exposed newborns, infants and children, TB/HIV, virologic failure, PrEP. * ETMI-Plus: perinatal protocols, neonatal prophylaxis, and follow-up of HIV-exposed newborns. * PrEP Program: eligibility assessment, activation of care pathways, operational management, and follow-up. * Patient Safety: PAMEC, adverse events, COFYTE, root cause analysis. * Quality Management in Health: PAMEC, SOGCS, SGC, clinical record audits. * High-Cost Account (CAC): SMART indicators — undetectability, adherence, retention, viral load (VL), CD4 count. * Humanization in health services and management of patient rights and responsibilities. * Social Participation in Health. * Epidemiological Surveillance: SIVIGILA, RIPS, BAAI, and mandatory reporting. * Personnel administration and leadership of interdisciplinary teams. * Interpretation of PPD and TB/HIV care pathways (certification desirable). **Required Skills:** * Technical-clinical leadership of interdisciplinary teams. * Complex clinical decision-making based on technical criteria under pressure. * Management, organization, and planning of clinical and programmatic processes. * Assertive communication with patients, families, teams, EPS (Health Promotion Entities), and regulatory bodies. * Operational discipline and process closure with full traceability. * Professional empathy toward vulnerable populations: pregnant women, infants and children, people living with HIV (PLHIV), street dwellers. * Effective adaptation to rotation across sub-roles without compromising quality. * Assertive conflict resolution and management of emotionally intense situations. **Send your resume to: auxiliar.rrhh@fundacionsiam.org** **Subject line:** Vacancy — Professional Nurse Workplace: In-person employment
