This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Data Science Specialist **Role Objective:** Responsible for developing machine learning models within a data ecosystem integrating attribution metrics, business performance, and channel actions, with the aim of: 1\. Identifying key correlations between commercial variables and campaigns across different channels, explaining success drivers or learnings. 2\. Generating actionable recommendations to optimize investment in specific channels and improve ROI per channel, segment, or campaign. 3\. Enhancing customer understanding/segmentation by creating new features enabling NBO\-NBA recommendations aligned with customer needs. **Required Profile** **Experience:** 3 to 6 years \- Experience handling and analyzing complex databases (structured and unstructured). * Advanced proficiency in SQL and data processing tools (e.g., Python, R, Spark). * Knowledge of statistics. * Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, operational). * Skill in communicating technical insights to non-technical audiences and making data-driven decisions. \- Results-oriented mindset, with ability to solve problems using qualitative and \- quantitative analysis. * Strategic mindset, capable of identifying patterns, correlations, and opportunities in complex data. * High attention to detail and proven organizational skills in high-pressure environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, Power BI) * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with ability to positively influence teams. * Excellent communication skills to present technical ideas in complex forums. * Cloud environment knowledge (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a plus. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields English Level Intermediate **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Building the Data Ecosystem** 1,1Develop and maintain a unified B2C data model integrating internal sources (CRM, sales, etc.) and external sources (campaigns, digital behavior) \- 360° Customer Profile. 1,2Automate report and dashboard generation (recurring and ad\-hoc) to measure campaign and channel performance, with interactive visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 1,3Implement tagging and tracking systems for conversion funnels, ensuring data collection quality. **2\. Actionable Analysis and Modeling** 2,1Develop end-to-end ML models (from data ingestion to business impact monitoring) 2,2Build attribution models (e.g., Markov Chains, MTA) to optimize channel/segment investment. 2,3Conduct advanced statistical analyses: A/B testing, significance testing, correlations, and variance analysis to support business decisions. 2,4Identify key performance drivers in campaigns and sales funnels, proposing real-time adjustments. 2,5Analyze LTV and customer segmentation to prioritize high-return investments. **3\. Strategic Support and Governance** 3,1Respond to specific business queries with customized analyses. 3,2Ensure regulatory compliance in data management (e.g., privacy, AI ethics). 3,3Lead the definition of Tigo’s Artificial Intelligence policies in collaboration with multidisciplinary areas (Information Security, Operations, Business, etc.) 3,4Perform other complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **4\. Capability Development** 4,1Develop analytical capabilities across organizational teams, promoting the use and adoption of Artificial Intelligence for use cases generating tangible value. 4,2Document methodologies and share best practices to scale knowledge internally.
