Job Summary: We are seeking a holistic Senior Visual Designer to develop high-impact creative assets and ensure visual consistency, innovation, and creative excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and development of Key Visuals for strategic campaigns. 2. Collaboration with regional teams, especially Brazil, in English. 3. Exploration and implementation of AI-powered image generation tools. We seek a holistic Senior Visual Designer with exceptional visual execution quality, capable of developing high-impact brand assets. This profile will collaborate closely with the regional team to ensure visual consistency, innovation, and creative excellence. Responsibilities: \- Creation and development of Key Visuals (KVs) for campaigns and strategic communications. \- Design of layouts for digital and/or print assets. \- Adaptation and evolution of brand visual systems. \- Ensuring high standards of craft and attention to detail in every deliverable. \- Collaboration with regional teams (especially Brazil) in English. \- Exploration and implementation of AI-powered image generation tools within creative processes. Requirements: \- Proven experience as a Senior Visual Designer at reputable agencies or brands. \- Strong portfolio focused on: \- Key Visual development \- Layout design with high-level execution \- Knowledge of and active interest in AI-powered image generation. \- Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas holistically. \- Copywriting (ability to propose headlines and concepts). \- Strategic thinking applied to design. Experience: +5 years English Proficiency: B2 or higher (ability to understand and present ideas in English) Salary: To be agreed upon Portfolio Required Employment Type: Full-time
