The Role: **ServiceNow Technical Consultant** Are you passionate about building powerful ServiceNow solutions that deliver real business value? If so, this role could be for you. We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant who drives platform innovation by designing intelligent solutions, leading integrations, and delivering high-impact technical expertise. This role combines hands-on development, strategic thinking, and collaboration with customers to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems. **What You’ll Do:** * Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices and out\-of\-the\-box capabilities * Lead technical direction for integration and application development initiatives * Diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable solutions * Ensure platform integrity, security, and performance across various environments * Mentor developers and contribute to defining scope, architecture, and project delivery excellence What We Expect From You: * Degree in IT (or equivalent experience) with strong stakeholder collaboration skills * Solid understanding of ITIL, CMDB (including health/remediation), and data models such as CSDM * Experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Jelly) * Strong problem-solving ability, with excellent communication and client-facing skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, results-oriented attitude **Desirable:** * ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS\-ITSM, CIS\-DISCO, CIS\-SAM, CIS\-HAM) * Experience leading teams or mentoring developers * Knowledge of platform security and integration best practices * Familiarity with Identification \& Reconciliation Engine (IRE) * High level of organization and attention to detail **Why Join Our Team?** At SoftwareOne, you’ll be part of a global organization that champions growth, innovation, and meaningful impact.
