Learn more: http://coderio.com In this role, you will be responsible for developing and evolving a mobile application focused on the digital payment experience for a globally impactful project. You will join an already-running team immediately—iterating quickly and working autonomously in a distributed environment, ensuring delivery quality and continuous value generation. **Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve native features in the project's Android app. * Integrate REST APIs and complex backend services, with a strong focus on asynchronous processing. * Collaborate closely with the QA Automation team to ensure high test coverage and validate deliverables. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and maintain smooth synchronization with the Technical Leader. * Follow good coding practices and document relevant technical aspects. **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Solid experience (3\+ years, Semi-Senior or Senior level) in native Android development using Kotlin and/or Java. * Proven experience consuming REST APIs and handling reactive architectures. * Experience working under agile methodologies and the ability to iterate quickly in distributed teams. * Immediate availability to join a fixed-duration project. * Key competencies: Responsible autonomy, ownership, transparent communication, and excellent teamwork skills. **Desirable** * Prior experience in fintech or payment applications. * Deep understanding of events and asynchronous processing. * Conversational English proficiency. * Familiarity with the modern ecosystem: Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Room. **Benefits** * 100% remote work model with flexible hours (LATAM time zone preference). * Real impact on the global transformation of the digital payment experience. * Strategic and highly visible role within a modern engineering culture. * Collaboration with an international, distributed team and strong technical leadership. * Career development, growth, and continuous training within Coderio.
