Responsibilities include installation, configuration, and maintenance of application software, operating systems, and system management tools. Responsibilities: Maintain and supervise all installed infrastructure and systems. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, system management tools, and application software. Ensure all systems and infrastructure remain available at all times. Evaluate application performance to identify potential issues, develop solutions, and assist developers in implementing them. Maintain backup and redundancy procedures. Design and maintain scripts to reduce manual tasks, increase efficiency, and reduce intervention time. Participate in the development of information systems and operational support systems. Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel as needed for problem resolution. Evaluate current systems and provide technical guidance to IT support staff. Oversee the development of custom software and hardware requirements. Improve efficiency, plan, and execute system automation as required. Formulate and implement a security mechanism to ensure data security. Ensure technological resources are always available. Collaborate with other experts to ensure high-quality outcomes, adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Work Location: On-site employment
