




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to monitor, optimize, and provide technical support for cloud infrastructures, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies. Cloud platform resource and cost optimization We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer! * Technology graduate or professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in Linux server administration and support. * Knowledge of domain management, SSL certificates, and Google Workspace. * Understanding of network infrastructure and basic technical support. * Proficiency with tools and licensing on cloud service platforms. **What will be your main challenges?** * Monitor and ensure the availability of servers, websites, and cloud services. * Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to cloud infrastructure. * Optimize resource usage, licensing, and cloud platform costs. * Stay current with new technologies and share knowledge with the team. * Support the sales team with technical advice, quotations, and cloud solution proposals.
