Job Summary: TripleTen is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented B2C Sales Team Leader to lead its LATAM sales team in selling technology training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the sales team in the Latin American market 2. Hire, train, motivate, and monitor team performance 3. Implement changes and ensure process compliance TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and develops technology training programs for the United States and Latin American markets. For over five years, we have trained individuals with no prior technology experience through cohort-based programs on our proprietary platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is 100% remote and globally distributed, serving a large base of active students across both regions. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented **B2C Sales Team Leader** to lead our LATAM team in selling our product in the Latin American market. Requirements: * Fluency in Spanish. * Experience in telemarketing or B2C sales (3\+ years). * Experience managing sales teams (3\+ years). * Data analysis skills. * Experience coaching and mentoring sales teams. * Excellent soft skills and communication abilities. * Experience working with CRM systems. * A highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales management. * Experience in Education, EdTech, Tech, Marketing, SaaS B2C, or Insurance is a plus. Brand: TripleTen What you will do: * Achieve the team’s sales quota by leading up to 12 sales advisors. * Hire, train, motivate, and monitor your sales team’s performance. * Implement workflow changes together with the Head of Sales and the Sales Country Manager. * Conduct group training sessions and individual coaching for team members. * Achieve LATAM market sales targets. * Ensure the team follows all processes and regulations (lead management in CRM, correct script usage). * Deliver team performance reports. What we can offer you: * Base salary of **1700 USD Gross \+ commissions**. Total monthly compensation may reach up to 3000 USD Gross. * **100% remote, full-time position.** * International work experience with one of the most recognized companies in the industry. * **Working hours:** 5 business days, 2 days off per week. *At this time, we are not considering candidates from Venezuela (as we do not have payment providers in the country).*
