We seek a **Technology Project Manager**, strategic, organized, and proactive, with experience leading digital projects and multidisciplinary teams. We want a person with excellent communication skills, results orientation, and the ability to coordinate operational cells using agile methodologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Role Mission** Lead and coordinate operational cells responsible for executing digital projects, ensuring proper application of the working methodology, achievement of sprint goals, milestones, and agreed deliverables, thereby guaranteeing successful projects and continuous improvement opportunities at every stage of operations. **What will be your main responsibilities?** \-Lead digital projects end\-to\-end, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. \-Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and optimize resources according to project needs. \-Manage schedules, task tracking, and operational control on management platforms. \-Facilitate follow-up meetings, agile ceremonies, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. \-Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. \-Perform time, cost, and scope estimations for digital initiatives. \-Monitor team performance and foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture. \-Ensure proper documentation and traceability of projects. **Education** * Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or certifications in project management are desirable. * PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (not mandatory). **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience leading digital projects. * Experience managing projects using agile and adaptive/predictive frameworks. * Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Looker Studio, and project management platforms. * Experience coordinating teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
