We are seeking a Total Compensation and Employee Experience Analyst to support the management, analysis, and improvement of compensation and well-being policies.

We are looking for a Total Compensation and Employee Experience Analyst who will support the management, analysis, and enhancement of policies, processes, and programs related to compensation, benefits, and employee experience—contributing to motivation, retention, and well-being within the organization.
**Objective of the Total Compensation and Employee Experience Role**

Analyze and administer total compensation, benefits, and employee experience data, generating reliable inputs for decision-making and supporting initiatives that strengthen the employer value proposition, employee engagement, and team satisfaction.
### **Key Responsibilities of the Total Compensation Analyst**
* Support the administration and updating of salary structures, salary bands, job classifications, and components of fixed and variable compensation.
* Prepare analyses of internal equity, external competitiveness, and market salary positioning.
* Participate in salary surveys, compensation review processes, and workforce budgeting exercises.
* Consolidate, analyze, and validate data related to salaries, benefits, incentives, and other components of total compensation.
* Develop reports, metrics, and presentations to support decision-making by senior leadership and the Human Capital Management team.
* Support the administration and monitoring of corporate benefits, verifying their proper operation, coverage, and communication to employees.
* Participate in the implementation and evaluation of well-being, quality-of-life, and employee experience initiatives.
* Propose improvements to processes, policies, and service channels related to compensation and employee experience.
* Respond to inquiries from employees and leaders, providing clear and timely information on compensation, benefits, and internal policies.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation, databases, and controls for the area, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of information.
* Support compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
#### **Requirements for the Compensation and Benefits Analyst Role**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, human talent data analysis, payroll, and employee experience.
* Knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation, total compensation, benefits, and internal equity analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing, and report development.
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation and confidential handling of sensitive information.
* Analytical ability, attention to detail, structured thinking, and skill in interpreting quantitative data.
* Effective communication, service orientation, organizational capability, and collaborative teamwork.
* Interest in continuous improvement, innovation in Human Capital Management, and designing positive employee experiences.
