The purpose of this role is to ensure comprehensive execution of the brand’s commercial and tactical strategy across assigned dealerships, aiming to achieve sales targets, NPS, financing, inventory turnover, and profitability. **What you’ll do** * Develop and commercially execute the brand’s strategy across the assigned dealer network to ensure appropriate brand positioning in the regions. * Ensure and guarantee commercial excellence across your dealer network to enhance satisfaction among current and potential customers. * Serve as the direct communication channel between the dealer network and Inchcape, thereby ensuring smooth flow of all matters related to the brand’s commercial process in Colombia. * Guarantee achievement of targets set for assigned dealerships to meet the brand’s established objectives. * Monitor the productivity of commercial teams within the assigned dealer network to ensure sales efficiency and margin performance. * Track performance indicators for the assigned dealer network to drive continuous improvement. * Support the assigned dealer network in executing and participating in brand or sector-specific events to strengthen commercial activity and compliance with established standards and objectives. * Actively participate in developing the monthly commercial and marketing activity plan for the assigned dealer network, ensuring adequate coverage of initiatives across various sales channels. **About you** **To succeed in this role, you’ll have:** * A degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field. * Five years’ experience leading and/or working with commercial teams, ideally in the new-vehicle automotive sector; expertise in sales strategic planning and ability to execute planned activities. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency.
