Management of claims, returns, and customer support ### **We Are Looking for a Sales \& After-Sales Intern! (E‑commerce – Mercado Libre)** If you are passionate about e-commerce, data, and customer experience, this internship is for you. You will work with our commercial team to support the operations of our store on Mercado Libre. ### **What Will You Do?** **Sales** * Update catalog (prices, images, descriptions). * Monitor inventory and pricing. * Analyze key metrics (conversion rates, traffic, ranking). * Optimize listings to improve visibility. * Support special campaigns and promotions. * Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. **After-Sales** * Manage claims, returns, and warranties. * Provide post-purchase customer support. * Analyze service indicators (response times, return rates, satisfaction). ### **Who Are We Looking For?** * Currently enrolled students in the final year of Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Interest in e-commerce and digital sales. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; English or Portuguese (preferred). * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Availability for university internship. ### **What We Offer** ### **Financial Support** ### **Hybrid Schedule
