Job Summary: We are seeking a Risk Analyst (Actuary) to develop and apply advanced analytical tools to assess and mitigate risks within the Marsh team. Key Highlights: 1. Help establish and implement cutting-edge analytical tools. 2. Develop complex models to assess and mitigate risks. 3. Deliver analytical tools to quantify and mitigate risks. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marsh team. This position will be based in Bogotá El Dorado and is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week in the office. As a **Risk Analyst (Actuary)**, you will play a critical role in the team. **We count on you to:** * Help establish and implement new cutting-edge analytical tools to assess and mitigate risks. * Develop complex models to assess risks and the viability of risk mitigation solutions. * Conduct deeper analysis of client issues that may not be immediately clear and develop recommendations to analyze and mitigate risks. * Identify opportunities for new business and existing business with small and medium-sized clients. * Deliver analytical tools to help internal and external clients quantify and mitigate risks. * Assist in managing small- and medium-sized projects to guide the team in developing analytical tools. * Build new models or enhance existing ones based on experience and exposure to risk (e.g., D\&O, Cyber, Employment Practices Liability, Aviation, etc.). * Develop industry-specific models to be used across multiple clients. * Improve and automate processes to minimize manual intervention. * Estimate technical pricing and propose efficiency improvements across different insurance layers. **What You Need:** * Qualified Actuary * 2–3 years of actuarial experience, ideally in insurance-related areas * Advanced English * Advanced Excel (including knowledge of Macros) * Preferred knowledge of Python or R **What Makes You Stand Out:** * Analytical mindset * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Communication skills * Ability to learn quickly * Adaptability **Why Join Our Team:** * We help you become your best self through professional development opportunities, engaging work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create innovative solutions and make an impact on colleagues, clients, and communities. * Our scale enables us to offer diverse professional opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
