We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** * Monitoring of servers, communications, and critical systems * Executing operational processes (backups, batch jobs, restarts, etc.) * Detecting and reporting incidents or failures in operations * Escalating incidents to higher-level support when necessary * Maintaining operational logs and records * Verifying compliance with operational procedures * Supporting basic maintenance and technical support tasks * Preparing monitoring and SLA reports * Deployments in production environments * Developing tools to automate daily tasks Minimum 6 months of experience required in: * Executing daily, monthly, ad-hoc, and periodic batch processes in Windows, Linux, and AWS Serverless environments * Monitoring via automated tools: infrastructure and services * Proficiency in office productivity software Availability to work rotating shifts: 7x24 operations **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** Engineer, Technologist, or Technician in Systems or related fields Knowledge of: Operating Systems: Windows and Unix Office suite Networking Databases: SQL Server, Sybase Intermediate programming knowledge Basic AWS knowledge Not required, but considered a plus: Python programming knowledge **Required Competencies:** Adaptability; Communication; Continuous learning; Strong teamwork orientation.
