We are looking for developers who are comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly and collaboration across teams is essential. **Position Summary** We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who can support both production hotfixes and the development of new platform features. This role requires someone who is proactive, technically versatile, and capable of moving projects forward even when requirements or designs are still evolving. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across frontend and backend systems, debugging production issues, collaborating with product and QA teams, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows. This includes using AI\-assisted development tools, generating UI concepts when designs are unavailable, and helping translate ideas into functional product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and contributing to a growing technology platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Development \& Engineering * Develop, maintain, and improve platform features across frontend and backend systems * Resolve production hotfixes and platform issues in a timely manner * Troubleshoot regressions, bugs, API issues, and performance concerns * Participate in feature development from planning through deployment * Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable code * Collaborate with QA testers to resolve reported issues and validate fixes * Support integrations with third\-party systems and APIs **Frontend \& UI Collaboration** * Work with existing Figma designs to implement responsive user interfaces * Create or iterate on UI concepts in Figma when designs are not yet available * Utilize AI tools to rapidly prototype or generate interface concepts to keep projects moving * Ensure consistency across UI components and workflows * Translate product requirements into clean and functional user experiences **AI\-Assisted Workflow Responsibilities** * Utilize AI models and AI\-assisted development tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency * Collaborate with leadership on AI\-assisted feature development initiatives * Learn and adapt to emerging AI workflows and tooling as part of the development process * Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate debugging, prototyping, documentation, and development support **Cloud \& Infrastructure Support** * Work within AWS cloud\-based environments * Support deployment processes and cloud\-based application workflows * Assist with debugging environment\-specific issues across development, staging, and production * Help maintain application reliability, scalability, and uptime **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 2–5 years of full stack development experience * Experience with: * PHP * HTML * CSS * JavaScript * React * Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations * Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud\-hosted applications * Experience debugging production issues and deploying hotfixes * Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with remote teams * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills * Comfortable working in fast\-paced and evolving environments * Experience with Git/version control workflows **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with LMS, CRM, SaaS, or workflow platforms * Experience using AI\-assisted development tools * Familiarity with Figma or UI/UX collaboration tools * Experience with agile or sprint\-based workflows * Understanding of responsive design and frontend usability principles * Experience working with QA teams and structured testing workflows **What We’re Looking For** **We are looking for someone who:** * Communicates blockers early * Can adapt quickly to changing priorities * Takes ownership of assigned work * Thinks critically about solutions instead of only following instructions * Is proactive in identifying issues, edge cases, and improvements * Can balance speed with quality in a production environment * Is comfortable learning new technologies and AI\-assisted workflows **Nice\-to\-Have Traits** * Product\-minded thinking * Strong debugging abilities * Ability to estimate tasks realistically * Comfortable collaborating across technical and non\-technical teams * Interest in AI, automation, and scalable systems **Compensation** * Competitive compensation based on experience and region * Performance and KPI\-based growth opportunities * Long\-term growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding technology platform * $1,000\-$1,500 USD/Month Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Experience: * Development: 2 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Remote
