Summary: This role involves proactive outreach, prospect qualification, and booking discovery calls with decision-makers using sales tools and established guidelines. Highlights: 1. Engage with U.S.-based decision-makers through outbound calling and LinkedIn. 2. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and account targeting. 3. Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance discovery call quality. **About the Role Responsibilities:** Work assigned prospect lists based on Remote Scouts’ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Conduct outbound calling and LinkedIn outreach to U.S.\-based decision\-makers Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and account targeting Qualify prospects at a basic level before booking discovery calls Book qualified discovery calls directly with Account Executives (AEs / Closers) Follow approved sales scripts, cadences, and outreach guidelines Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in CRM updates Coordinate with AEs to improve discovery quality and conversion Activity KPIs 80 outbound calls per day 35 LinkedIn touchpoints per day (connections sent \+ conversations) 100% CRM accuracy and daily updates Output KPIs 3 qualified discovery calls booked per week Minimum 12 qualified discovery calls booked per month Maintain a 10% engagement\-to\-conversation rate **Education, Experience, Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Equivalent practical sales experience may be considered in place of formal education Experience 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound lead generation role Prior experience in B2B sales required Experience selling services such as staffing, outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a strong plus Experience working with U.S.\-based clients or prospects preferred Hands\-on experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * How soon can you join? * Whats your current monthly Salary in Colombian Pesu? * Whats your expected monthly Salary in Colombian Pesu?
